Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clarklondon.com with your order number.

After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return once the item has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
